The tug Skookum is designed primarily for inland towing and onsite/dredging construction jobs. The vessel is powered by two (2) Detroit Diesel 6-71's and gearboxes. It has also been outfitted with a push knee, and BB winches. It drafts 4 feet and is excellent in shallow water making her a versatile towing tug.
